The works consisted of the full rehabilitation of the former Roser Convent (17th–18th centuries), located in the historic center of Lleida, for its conversion into a hotel complex with 53 rooms. The developer was Turespaña, one of Spain’s leading promoters of hotel and lodging facilities.
The plan included, in addition to all consolidation works for the convent and church, the restoration of the central courtyard, which was fitted with a solar panel roof. An underground parking garage with 56 spaces was built, the façades and their insulation were upgraded, and the surrounding public spaces were refurbished.
