Cabbsa has been contracted, after a competitive tender, by the developer for the integral rehabilitation of the building located at Calle Velázquez 21 in Madrid. Cabbsa was initially entrusted with the complex structural rehabilitation works, a task that has been extended to the installations and finishes of this top luxury development that will result in one of the most exclusive residential buildings in Madrid.
This building dates back to 1904 and was awarded the Madrid City Hall prize for the ‘Best House Built’ in 1907. It is a protected building in its fundamental elements. The refurbishment in which Cabbsa is participating includes a comprehensive rehabilitation of the building that will give rise to 10 luxury apartments, exclusive common areas and premises with a surface area of over 5,000 m2.
