CASTELLANA 2, PLAZA DE COLÓN

The structural works were carried out first, followed by the completion of the building envelope and interior finishes. This building occupies a unique location in Madrid (Plaza de Colón), and the developer entrusted Cabbsa not only with the structural phase but, after the successful completion of that first stage, also with additional works related to the envelope and final finishes. Due to the location and complex logistics of the area, Cabbsa has had to apply the highest level of precision in the site operations.

The result of these efforts will likely be one of the most prominent commercial buildings in Spain, thanks to its prime location, visibility, privileged surroundings, and cutting-edge design.
