Works group leader

CABBSA is looking for a group leader with experience in new construction and refurbishment. Quantity surveyor, architect or engineer with experience in a construction company.

Functions:

Manage and supervise the site managers in charge in order to achieve the execution of projects on time, obtaining the maximum profitability and complying with the technical and constructive sp
Supervise and support the site managers in the economic management of the work, in order to detect deviations and take the appropriate corrective measures.
Supervise and support site managers to maximise certification and speed up collection, minimising financial costs.
Supporting site managers in resolving all types of problems: management of their teams, management of subcontractors, management of relations with site management, etc.
Negotiate with the site management and other administrative bodies on the technical and economic aspects of the work.
Preparation and reporting of your works for management: forecasts and monitoring of production, certification, results, etc.
Perform a commercial function, coordinated with management, aimed at identifying and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and identifying recruitment opportunities.
Identify the technicians in his charge with the greatest potential for development in CABBSA and coordinate action plans with management and human resources.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in building construction companies with an annual turnover of more than 20 MM euros.
Previous experience of at least 3 years as a site team leader.
Specific experience in refurbishment/special works.
Knowledge and regular use of ERPs for management and reporting in construction companies (in particular, Sigrid software).
