Built in 1904, this building was awarded the City of Madrid’s “Best Building” Award in 1907. Its key architectural features are protected. The refurbishment project in which CABBSA is involved includes the comprehensive restoration of the building, which will result in 10 ultra-luxury residences, exclusive communal areas and commercial premises, with a total floor area of more than 5,000 m².
