The refurbishment works will involve the demolition of the existing building while retaining the original façade, which will be fully braced and supported throughout the construction process. The site will then be excavated to the required depth to accommodate three underground parking levels with direct access to the residences.
Once these works have been completed, construction of the new residences will begin. On the lower floors, the levels defined by the existing Neo-Mudéjar façade will be maintained.
