Cabbsa carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of the main building of the first headquarters of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid, including the complete renovation of all the installations and the interior redistribution. In addition, the adjoining building was adapted to be integrated as an extension of the main building.
The works included a perimeter emptying for the connection of both buildings and the extension of rooms, together with the execution of all the installations, interior partitioning and final finishes. These works were carried out without interrupting the centre’s activity, which required close coordination with the property and the management, guaranteeing high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the execution.
Cabbsa was also responsible for the preliminary works and foundations at the Clínica’s new headquarters in Madrid.
