The works consisted of the full rehabilitation of the former Roser Convent (17th\u201318th centuries), located in the historic center of Lleida, for its conversion into a hotel complex with 53 rooms. The developer was Turespa\u00f1a, one of Spain\u2019s leading promoters of hotel and lodging facilities.<\/p>\n
The plan included, in addition to all consolidation works for the convent and church, the restoration of the central courtyard, which was fitted with a solar panel roof.
