A competition launched in 2008 proposed relocating three educational institutions to the site,<strong> transforming it into a \u201csocial catalyst\u201d<\/strong> to <strong>reunite and integrate the city\u2019s multicultural communities<\/strong> (mainly Christians, Muslims, and Jews).
